Family toilet
We know love by this, that He laid down His life for us; and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.  But whoever has the world's goods, and beholds his brother in need and closes his heart against him, how does the love of God abide him?
Little children, let us not love wih word or with tongue, but in deed and in truth.  1 John 3:16-18
Some children who live in the city dump.  They do not attend school.  They suffer from malnutrition and parasites.
One of the many cardboard homes with dirt floor.  They cannot withstand the 6 month rainy season.
No roof on this housing area.  Notice the pig and child in the same area!
Bedroom in cardboard home.  Dirt floors.
Shared family bedroom.  Families use what they find to make shelter.

Each summer we take a medical
team out into the remote areas
around Leon, Nicaragua, to set up a
makeshift clinic.  Each person we
see has parasites, lice, kidney and bladder problems.  Most suffer
from anemia and malnutrition.

Most of these issues could be solved
by merely having a supply of clean
drinking water and the ability to
bathe daily.

For the cost of ONE average home in the United States, we will build 21 houses AND a church/school.

TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE A CHANGE!

  NICARAGUA!!!
Please pray for our family as we move forward
to do as God has called us to do.  We serve an awesome God who is able to do exceeding, abundantly beyond anything we can think or ask!!!

In 1 Chronicles 21:24, King David says that he will not offer a sacrifice to the Lord that costs him nothing.
What sacrifice will you make today?

                       Womens Prayer Conference
15 churches from the Leon, Nicaragua area were represented at our prayer conference.  Our goal is to grow a group of prayer warriors in each church, meet quarterly, to seek the Lord's favor for Nicaragua.
                           Medical Evangelism Trips
In a community, deep into the sugar cane fields, we held clinic. The people walked for miles to see our doctors and hear a word for God.
Living conditions can be harse in the dry season.
Dust storms can cause asthma attacks and many other problems.  Shelter is crucial
for existence in Nicaragua.
